This privacy policy describes how Render Room d.o.o. ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit render-room.com or engage our services.
1. Data we collect
We collect the minimum required to operate this site and deliver our services:
- Contact data — name, email, company, budget and project notes you submit through our contact form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, aggregated through privacy-respecting analytics.
- Cookies — strictly necessary cookies for language preference; analytics cookies only with consent.
2. Lawful basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your request to be contacted (pre-contractual step, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics data is processed on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
3. Retention
Contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months, or for the duration of an active engagement plus three years, whichever is longer. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use a small set of well-known processors to run the business:
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (EU/US data processing).
- HubSpot / Resend — CRM and transactional email.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-first web analytics hosted in the EU.
5. Your rights
