Residential complex has the same shape, stretched to 6–8 weeks. Retainer replaces fixed scope with monthly cadence — same deliverables, ongoing.

  1. 01Week 1

    Kickoff + shot list

    30-min call with your architect and sales lead. We agree on the 6 renders (angles, times of day, seasons), the lead-form fields your sales team needs, and the tech stack. Contract + 50% deposit.

  2. 02Weeks 2–3

    Renders + site build

    We render from your architect's base model in parallel with building the landing. You get draft renders at day 7 for one round of notes. By end of week 3, final renders and site on a staging URL.

  3. 03Week 4

    Ads + analytics wiring

    Google Analytics 4, Facebook pixel, and lead-form → email + Telegram notifications set up. Initial Google + Meta Ads campaigns drafted with your budget. You review before launch.

  4. 04Launch week

    Go live + handoff

    Domain connected, ads pushed live, first leads start coming in. You get a 30-minute handoff call covering how to edit content, read the analytics, and escalate anything that breaks. Final 50% due.
