The brief
Terralinea was launching its first premium residential project and pitching against legacy developers with deeper brand equity. They needed to look and sound like the buyer they were trying to attract.
What we did
We ran a positioning sprint with the founders, rebuilt the identity, and shipped a site organised around neighbourhood-first storytelling with a discreet, appointment-only inquiry flow.
The outcome
The 48-apartment Liman building sold out two months ahead of the business plan. Average inquiry quality — measured by broker qualification — was up 2.6× over the reference project.
