The brief
Helica’s buyers are plant managers and robotics engineers. The old site read like consumer software; prospects were bouncing at the second scroll. The internal product team was also duplicating components across four repos.
What we did
We ran a voice-of-customer round, rewrote all top-of-funnel copy, rebuilt the site with embedded product demos (WebGL + MP4 fallback) and shipped a 120-component design library used across marketing and product.
The outcome
Qualified demo requests up 2.4×, time-on-page on technical deep dives doubled, and the product team consolidated onto the shared library within two quarters.
